Attacking free hit within 5 metres of the circle:
As per the video, attacking free hit 1 metre from the circle, Defender A standing within 5 metres of the free hit, just inside the circle.
The attacker has to move the ball 5 metres (dribble/pass), or the ball has to be touched by a legitimate defender (one who was 5 metres or more away from free hit) before the ball can enter the circle.
The Defender A can channel the attacker along the INSIDE of the circle, but not play at the ball. .
Defender A CANNOT LEAVE THE CIRCLE UNTIL ONE OF THE ABOVE HAS OCCURRED, OR THE BALL HAS GONE 5 METRES FROM THE DEFENDER.
Note: Any player outside of 5 metres when the infringement occurred cannot stand within 5 metres of the ball, regardless of whether they are in the circle.
Any breach by a defender, penalty: Short Corner.
