To all clubs – a message from Tony White, Director for Special Events

WE NEED YOUR HELP !!!

Planning for this year’s Hockey 8’s Tournament is well underway. If this great fundraiser for charity and junior development is to occur this year we do need people to assist with the various jobs to make it all happen and run smoothly.

We need help finding teams sponsors and selling the naming rights tickets.  We will also need help over the weekend with assistance in cooking , serving in the canteen, selling food and drink vouchers and just general help over the weekend.

If you want your juniors to continue to benefit from the development opportunities that arise from the monies raised, we ask for your continuing support in the running of the Hockey8s tournament.

This year we are supporting Give Me 5 For Kids

We will be having a meeting on Wednesday  4th  October 2017 at 6.30 in the club rooms. Please be there. If you can not attend but can do something to help out send a message to me at specialevents@haw.net.au
