Hi all,

We are go for this weekend.  There is a little bit of rain forecast but not much and not definitely.

There is a slight change to proceedings as we have the use of a bobcat on Friday afternoon. 

Friday evening from 5pm we will be getting the sand out of the turf, rolling it and barrowing off excess sand.  This is where we need your members as per the attached instruction (although as we have a bobcat, you can reduce your number to four able bodies persons).  As this field is in Albury is particularly important that they Albury clubs show they are behind this activity as it is them that benefit the most and attendance will be noted.  We would appreciate other clubs assistance also.

Same applies to Sunday from 9am.

As much of this is dependant on what we find and how the turf comes up, it would be easiest if each club was able to give me one contact person (and their phone number) who was to coordinate attendance for their club so I could keep them appraised of what people we need here in case things change.
